02

Online payment gateway

A hosted checkout and tokenised card vault that keep raw card data off your servers, with drop-in fields for the platform you already run and a clean set of REST endpoints for anything custom.

Explore Solution
03

ACH payments

Move recurring invoices and larger B2B payments onto bank debit, where the cost per transaction stops climbing with the size of the ticket.

04

Virtual terminal

Take a card over the phone from any browser. Keyed entry, saved customer records and emailed receipts, with no extra hardware to buy.

05

Recurring billing

Card-on-file plans with automatic account updater and retry logic, so an expired card does not quietly become a cancelled customer.

06

Point of sale solutions

Countertop terminals, handheld readers and full POS systems that report into the same dashboard as your online sales — so the end-of-day numbers reconcile without a spreadsheet.

Why Ride With Us

More than a processor. A partner who rides along.

Most processors sell you an account and ride off. We are judged on whether that account still makes sense to you in year three — which is why the pricing is legible, the contract is short, and the hand who boarded you is the hand who answers the phone.

01

Human support

A named account manager and a support line answered by our own team. No ticket queue, no reading from a script.

02

Reliable technology

Redundant processing infrastructure with monitored failover, so a single point of failure never becomes your outage.

03

Transparent solutions

Interchange-plus pricing, itemised statements and no early termination fee. You can see what every transaction costs.

04

Secure payments

Encryption in transit and at rest, tokenised card storage and layered fraud screening tuned to your transaction patterns.

05

Flexible integrations

REST APIs, signed webhooks and ready-made plugins for the major carts — plus engineers who will join the call when needed.

06

Industry expertise

We have configured processing for retail floors, clinics, workshops and online stores. The setup reflects how you operate.

Word Around Town

The folks who ride with us.

Different counters, different trades, one account each. Here is how it reads from their side of the till.

We moved three registers over on a Tuesday and were taking cards again by Wednesday lunch. The statement finally makes sense — I can point at a line and know what it is.

Jesse Barlow Barlow Hardware · Amarillo, TX

Split cheques and tip adjustment used to eat an hour every night. Now the drawer closes itself and the deposit is in the bank before we open the next day.

Marisol Vega Vega’s Cantina · Santa Fe, NM

Card-on-file for outstanding balances changed how we collect. Patients get a receipt they can actually read, and we stopped chasing small amounts around by phone.

Ruth Callahan Callahan Family Dental · Tucson, AZ

I was told changing processor meant rebuilding the store. It meant swapping a plugin and one afternoon of testing. Saved cards came across with us, which is what I was most worried about.

Wade Ferris Ferris Outfitters Co. · Denver, CO

Big service tickets used to trip the authorisation every other week. Someone here actually looked at our numbers and set the limits to match the work we do.

Dana Whitlock Whitlock Auto & Diesel · Cheyenne, WY

Retainers on ACH instead of card took a real bite out of what we were paying. Same money in, noticeably less going out the other side of it.

The Trail

From tap to settlement, faster than a quick draw.

Four things happen every time a customer pays you. We handle all four, and hand you a clean record of each one.

01

Your customer pays

They tap, swipe, key in a card or complete an online checkout. Card details are encrypted the moment they are captured.

02

Payment is securely processed

The gateway tokenises the card, runs your fraud rules and routes the request to the right network without holding card data on your systems.

03

Transaction is authorised

The card network passes the request to the issuing bank, which approves or declines it and returns a response you can act on immediately.

04

Funds are settled

The day's approved transactions are batched and deposited to your business account, with a statement showing exactly what was deducted and why.

wooden table, marking four stops from the tap through processing and
                        authorisation to settlement
The same four stops, drawn out on the map.
The Rig

One rig, end to end. Built around your business.

The gateway, the risk engine, the reporting and the settlement file are parts of one rig rather than four outfits stitched together. That is why a question about a single transaction has one answer, not three.

  • Card data is encrypted at capture and replaced with a token your systems can safely store.
  • Authorisation requests are routed and retried automatically when a network path degrades.
  • Every stage is logged, so reporting reconciles to the deposit in your bank account.

Straight Answers

The questions we get asked at the counter.

If yours is not here, ask it. We would rather answer it now than have you find out in month three.

Still stuck?

The support line is answered by our own team — no queue, no script, no being handed around.

How long does approval actually take?

Most applications are underwritten in one to three business days once we have your business registration, ownership details and a recent processing statement. Newer businesses without processing history can take longer — if yours is one of them, we will say so at the start rather than at the end.

Am I locked into a long-term contract?

No. There is no multi-year term and no early termination fee. If the account stops making sense for you, you can leave — though we would rather you told us why first, because it is usually something we can fix.

What does interchange-plus pricing really mean?

Two numbers on every transaction: the interchange fee the card network sets, and our margin on top of it. Nothing is folded into a single blended rate, so when a customer pays with a premium rewards card you can see exactly what that card cost you.

Can I keep the POS or shopping cart I already run?

Usually, yes. The major carts connect through ready-made plugins and most mainstream terminals through direct integrations. Send us the make and model of what you have and we will confirm it in writing before you sign anything.

When do the funds reach my bank account?

Standard settlement is the next business day for batches closed before the daily cut-off; weekend and holiday batches land on the next banking day. Your statement shows the batch, the deposit and the deduction side by side, so the two always reconcile.

How is my customers’ card data protected?

Card details are encrypted the moment they are captured and replaced with a token, so raw card numbers never sit on your systems. Cardholder data is handled in line with PCI DSS requirements, and we will confirm the current scope of our attestation on request.

What if another processor has already turned me down?

Tell us why. A decline is often about how the paperwork was filled in or how the business was described, not the business itself. We work with more than one sponsoring bank — and if we genuinely cannot place you, we will tell you that instead of stringing you along.
